**Financial Controller - FC**

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead the accounting & financial and human resources & administration functions of the group.
- Accomplishes finance strategies by determining accountabilities, and communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures.
- Develop finance strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans;
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; and developing improvements.
- Keep abreast with changes in financial reporting standards and new regulations relevant to similar industry.
- Monitoring and support cash flow planning of the company
- Manage and propose tax planning for the group, including indirect taxes.

**Requirements**:

- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity; and
- Excellent leadership qualities, integrity, commitment, and vision to mobilize and develop the company and have a strong team spirit.
- Strong accounting knowledge and excellent Ms Excel skills.
- Knowledge in bursa listed company reporting is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
