We are partnering with one of the top-ranking logistics service providers who has extensive global presence that offers comprehensive logistics solutions.

**The Ocean Freight Customer Service Executive will be responsible for**:

- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow and meet client requirements.
- Coordinate daily ocean export and import operations and communicate with clients, service providers and internal team.
- Prepare required documents for international transportation.
- Ensure job completion regarding AR/AP status for accurate month-end finance closing.
- Source and negotiate cost-effective rates from carriers, co-loaders, and NVOCC.
- Build and maintain good relationships with agents, carriers, co-loaders, and service providers.
- Work with team on meeting KPI standards, as per company’s procedures.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**The requirements**:

- Possess Diploma in any field, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of ocean freight products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
