**Indah Cleaning Services & Maintenance (M) Sdn. Bhd.** is on the lookout for passionate and driven interns to join our growing team in **Johor Bahru**

**Location**: Southkey, Johor Bahru
**Department**: Administration / Finance
**Allowance**: RM1,000/month
**Working hours**: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Students of Bachelor in Admin, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Committed to a 6-month internship
- Own transport is required
- Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance**:

- Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with data entry into accounting systems (SQL Account).

**Administration**:

- Support daily office operations (filing, photocopying, organizing).
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Help ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
- Support HR functions like attendance tracking and file management.

**Other Duties**:

- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
