Indah Cleaning Services & Maintenance (M) Sdn. Bhd. is on the lookout for passionate and driven interns to join our growing team in Johor Bahru

Location: Southkey, Johor Bahru

Department: Administration / Finance

Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Who We're Looking For:

  • Students of Bachelor in Admin, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Committed to a 6-month internship
  • Own transport is required
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry into accounting systems (SQL Account).

Administration:

  • Support daily office operations (filing, photocopying, organizing).
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Help ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
  • Support HR functions like attendance tracking and file management.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
