1. Account/Admin Intern
  • Support the Accounts Payable function: verify invoices, prepare payment documents, and update records
  • Assist in ensuring financial data accuracy in accordance with accounting standards
  • Participate in daily finance and admin operations, including documentation, filing, and reconciliations
  • Work closely with the Finance Team on ad hoc projects and month-end closing support
2. HR Intern
  • Assist on Staff Training & Development.
  • Plan and hosting team building activities
  • Take part on Staff Performance structure building
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Good proficiency in communication and copywriting in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese, as you will be interacting with Chinese external parties.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
