Our client "LKH Electric (M) Sdn Bhd" is seeking an Executive - Accounts cum HR Admin to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Financial management: Assist in full set accounting activities for AR, AP, and GL functions, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Banking and treasury: Support treasury transactions via online banking, including Letters of Credit, Import Bills, and Trust Receipts.
  • Tax and audit support: Liaise with tax agents and auditors, assisting in annual corporate tax computation and year-end auditing processes.
  • HR administration: Execute various HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and staff claims.
  • Compliance and documentation: Assist in employment pass applications and maintain proper filing systems for both accounting and HR records.
  • Office management: Manage office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies, and support stakeholder relations activities.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant fields.
  • Accounting experience: Minimum 2 years of handling full set accounts/GL, with preference for experience in trading (projects) environment.
  • HR knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations is beneficial for navigating HR responsibilities.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and Malay to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and handle documentation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage diverse responsibilities across accounting and HR functions in a dynamic work environment.
