HR cum payroll

Job Responsibilities:

  1. HR Records & Systems

    Maintain and update employee information in HR systems and ensure proper documentation.
  2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

    Coordinate payroll tasks and liaise with accounting and government bodies (e.g., KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN) to ensure compliance, including work permit renewals and cancellations.
  3. HR Letters & Correspondence

    Prepare HR-related letters and communicate with relevant authorities when needed.
  4. Audit Documentation

    Support internal/external audits and maintain required HR documents.
  5. Benefits & Welfare

    Administer employee benefits and welfare programs, including Sri insurance.
  6. Reporting & Ad-hoc Tasks

    Generate reports, support management requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Typically 2-3 years of experience in full-spectrum HR functions and with hands-on experience in managing payroll.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and hardworking.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
