Our client is a leading healthcare organization in Singapore with a team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest standard of quality care and services. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to support our Singapore client in healthcare sector stationing in Johor Bahru.

Payroll Preparation & Processing

  • Processing monthly payroll via SAP SF System for our Main Run and 2 Pay Run including wage and overtime payments, calculations and recording of payroll deductions, and request for paychecks advances.
  • Processing ad-hoc Festival Advance Run and yearly Annual Wage Supplement Run and IRAS Reporting.
  • Verifies HR advice, notification records and maintains Time & Attendance records.
  • Reviews payroll before finalizing to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepares and process employees' paychecks via direct deposit using the Finance System.
  • Prepares Journal Voucher (JV) and update monthly payroll cost allocation in Finance System.
  • Assist your team members (based in Singapore) with daily activities and issues.
  • Generates, verifies, reconciles, and acknowledge monthly payroll reports.
  • Prepares and verifies monthly Payroll Schedule including payroll bank statement.
  • Prepares and process Debit and Credit Notes on payroll cost allocations.
  • Prepares and reconciles periodic reports of the prior year earnings, tax, and deductions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
