About the role

Paragon Globe Berhad is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive / Administration to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this full-time role, you will take ownership of the full payroll cycle and provide essential HR administrative support to ensure smooth operations and compliance across the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary computation, statutory deductions, and submission of tax forms using HRIS/payroll software.
  • Support statutory reporting and compliance with government agencies including LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, and HRD Corp.
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal data, contracts, attendance, leave balances, and payroll history.
  • Administer HR operational tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, issuance of HR letters and memos, as well as general office operations.
  • Coordinate leave management and benefits administration, ensuring timely updates and compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies professionally and promptly.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or payroll-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., iFlexi or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
