Job Description:
We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate must be able to work at both our Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Johor Bahru (JB) offices as required and must have advanced proficiency in Chinese, in addition to English and Malay.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour law.
- Handle staff disciplinary matters, counselling, and grievance management.
- Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).
- Supervise office administration, including purchasing, utilities, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and records for HR & admin matters.
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and service providers.
- Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy industry).
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR statutory requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
