We are looking for a passionate and hands on HR Manager to lead our HR team in a growing plastic injection moulding manufacturing company.

What You'll Do

  • Drive HR strategies, policies, and compliance in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and career development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.
  • Plan and manage training programs, development initiatives, and succession planning to build workforce capability.
  • Supervise foreign worker management, including hostel operations and welfare compliance.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations, including audits, statutory submissions, and liaison with government agencies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in HR / Business Admin or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years HR experience (3+ years in managerial role).
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act & statutory regulations.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
  • 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.
  • Willing to work in Tampoi, JB.
