Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources function within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related activities to support the organization's objectives. Additionally, the HR Manager should be familiar with foreign worker applications and related compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

· Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for talent pipeline development.

2. Employee Relations:

· Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and conducting investigations when necessary.

· Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

3. HR Policies and Procedures:

· Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Malaysian labor laws and organizational needs.

· Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.

4. Performance Management:

· Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.

· Work with leadership to identify and address performance issues.

5. Training and Development:

· Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and assess their effectiveness.

· Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

· Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.

· Conduct periodic salary reviews and benchmarking.

7. Legal Compliance and Foreign Worker Application:

· Stay updated on Malaysian labor laws and regulations, especially those related to foreign workers.

· Manage the application process for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor requirements.

8. HR Administration:

· Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

· Proficient in spoken Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

· In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

· Familiarity with foreign worker application processes and compliance.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

· Being a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating independence, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with the HR software of JustLogin are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
