HR & Admin Executive/Senior Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

·       Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and employee relations

·       Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

·       Propose, implement and revise a company's compensation and benefits program

·       Creating and revising work structures such as job descriptions, job requirements and authorities of all positions.

·       Manage pay plan by conducting annual salary surveys

·       Develop, analyse, and update the company's salary budget

·       Plan and monitor yearly appraisal through company's performance evaluation program

·       Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures from time to time.

·       Advances human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

·       Responsible for employees' misconduct, investigations, disciplinary procedures and termination.

·       Responsible in recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads, shortlisting of candidates, interview and selection.

·       Overseeing new employee orientations and training programs.

·       Conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes.

·       Participating in administrative staff meetings

·       Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

·       Preparation of monthly payroll and ensure all statutory requirements/ contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and income Tax Deductions are complied.

·       Initiate changes for HR & Admin Department continual improvements.

·       Overseeing the recruitment, passport and permit renewal for foreign workers or expatriates.

·       Other ad-hoc activities assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

·       Possess Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent

·       Candidate must possess 5-7 years of working experience in related field

·       Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

·       Job Specializations: Admin/Human Resources, Human Resources

·       Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words, and Power Point

·       Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

·       Hardworking, possess a positive attitude, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·       A dynamic individual.
