  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Oversee payroll administration, compensation, and benefits benchmarking.
  • Drive performance management, KPI evaluation, and career development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and engagement activities.
  • Plan and coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs.
  • Manage foreign worker administration, hostel operations, and welfare compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and liaison with government agencies.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the HR team in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Willing to be based in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
