Senior HR Executive / HR Supervisor | Up to MYR8,000 | Tangjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang

Job Position: Senior HR Executive / HR Supervisor

Company Background: Precision Manufacturer

Salary Range: MYR6,000 - MYR8,000; candidate with excellent experienced salary open for negotiation

Working Hours: Monday -Friday, 8am to 6pm

Location: Tangjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate HR Strategic Planning

  • Assist the General Manager in developing HR strategic planning, taking into full account the succession of management and technical personnel. (10%)

  • Collect information related to recruitment, training, assessment, and compensation to provide recommendations and information support for major personnel decisions.

2. Establish HR Management Systems

  • Organize the formulation and implementation of management

systems for recruitment, training, assessment, and compensation. (10%)

  • Develop and implement processes related to recruitment, training, assessment, and compensation.

  • Compile the Employee Handbook.

3. Oversee HR Operations

  • Organize and implement recruitment activities; participate in candidate interviews and screening. (60%)

  • Develop employee training and development plans and organize relevant training.

  • Organize employee performance appraisals and evaluate results.

  • Manage employee title and professional grade evaluations.

  • Prepare the company's annual labor and salary plans, salary adjustment schemes, and review monthly payroll.

  • Handle employee social insurance matters (pension, unemployment, medical, etc.).

Represent the company in signing labor contracts and handling related issues.

  • Handle employee complaints and labor disputes promptly.

  • Communicate and liaise with government departments and external organizations on behalf of the company.

4. Employee Development

  • Responsible for selection, training, and evaluation of subordinates. (5%)

  • Assign departmental work tasks and arrange personnel appropriately.

5. Cost Control

  • Manage department budget and reduce expenses. (5%)

6. EHS & Fire Safety Management

  • Identify and control environmental factors and hazards in the department. (10%)

  • Plan ISO14001 and ISO45001 training.

  • Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 safety training within the department.

Requirements

· - Min Bachelor's degree or above (full-time) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Over 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Familiar with the six major HR modules, Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, Industrial Injury Regulations, financial and accounting knowledge; familiar with national and regional policies on contracts, compensation, employment, insurance, benefits, and training; understand bearing manufacturing processes.

  • Understand fire safety basics, fire risks of the position, firefighting methods, and preventive measures.

  • Able to conduct HR strategic planning, talent acquisition, compensation design, performance appraisal, employee training, benefits management, organizational structure adjustment, and career planning; proficient in office and HR management software; familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems; strong communication, coordination, and policy implementation abilities.

  • Understand environmental factors in office settings and waste classification and disposal methods.

  • Recognize key occupational risks and proper use of PPE.

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
