Our client Giant Leap Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Specialist (Recruiting & Training) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Recruitment & Selection: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, collaborate with department heads, and ensure quality hiring through assessments and evaluations.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training needs analysis, organize training programs, and support career progression paths.
  • HR Planning & Support: Assist in manpower planning, maintain HR metrics, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in recruitment and training within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of construction manpower structures, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
