JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manage monthly payroll salary.
Administer staff benefits including medical leave, overtime, allowance etc.
Monitor and administer staff on probation, contract expiry and renewal, transfer, resignation and retirement.
Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, terminations, hiring, etc)
Maintain proper filing for all HR & Admin related documents.
Manage all admin related matters including Id card, Access Card, uniform, stationeries etc.
Experience with Payroll, Leave & Attendance in HR System.
Any other HR related matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge in Employment Act 1955.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Minimum at least 2 years of experience in HR & Admin field.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Well versed of the Employee Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO.
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
Female only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
