Accounts Assistant

Manage company assets and financial expenditures.
- Prepare documents such as invoices, tax filings, PO, DO and monthly reports.
- Maintain files on account receivables/ payable and updating records as required.
- Archive financial documentation and update accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 2 years experience in Accounting and relevant field.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin due to work nature.
- Able to work under stress.
- High Level of responsibility.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Monday - Friday 9.00AM - 5.30PM, Alternated Saturday 9.00AM - 12.30PM
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
