Tinting Specialist

**Responsibilities**: Perform high-quality window tinting services for various vehicles. Manage the daily operations of the car wash and tinting services. Supervise and coordinate a team of staff, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. Train and mentor new employees in tinting techniques and customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain inventory of tinting materials and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Contribute to marketing and sales efforts to promote the business. **Requirements**: Proven experience in automotive window tinting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. Experience in managing operations or leading a team in a service-based environment is a plus.
