**Job Description/Responsibility**: - Do Customer records purchase and follow-up from database for repeat order sales. - Communicate effectively with agents or customer via online platform (by telephone, whatsapp, FB, Telegram and etc). - Responsible on manage a group of agents to convey all information and any activities schedule from the management. Also be fast-response on any requirement and Q&A from agent. - Ensure sales target are achieved, Complying with sales KPI and Deliver with excellent. - Practice a “Customer Oriented” concept with agents and customers and entertain agents who comes walk in to HQ. - Prepare & keep maintaining report and any feedback into the database system.
