**Summary of Position**:
Their duties and responsibilities entail providing guidance to the individual student within an academic environment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans for key account colleges and regions, aligning activities with IMPERIUM's brand image and positioning. Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Provide guidance to students on academic progression, including tertiary education, course selection, admission requirements, scholarships, loans, and other relevant information.
- Participate in marketing activities both on and off-campus, including local and international events, to promote IMPERIUM's programs.
- Manage assigned programs, develop sales and marketing strategies, and follow up on inquiries using the CRM database to convert leads into enrollments.
- Gather market information, produce monthly reports on findings, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to agents, students, and the public regarding ongoing intakes, programs, and fees.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, a strong command of spoken and written in Malay and English, possess strong networking skills, and work effectively across a wide range of internal teams.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
