**The Admin Lead will oversee site-based administrative functions to ensure smooth project operations, managing personnel support, documentation, and coordination with the office HR team. The role includes handling clocking in and out records, payroll calculations, and other site-related administrative tasks.**

**Job Description**:

- Supervise administrative staff and manage daily site office operations.
- Maintain project-related records, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle procurement and logistics for office supplies and project requirements.
- Coordinate site meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage clocking in and out records for site personnel.
- Assist in payroll calculations and ensure accuracy in timesheets.
- Work closely with the office HR team for all site-related activities, including personnel management, compliance, and welfare.
- Support document control and reporting for site operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent experience in site-based administrative management.
- Experience in managing site administration, timekeeping, and payroll processing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between site teams and the main office.

**Job Type : 1 year minimum contract.**
- Contract extension is highly possible considering plans for the next project, and further we are also expecting continuous different projects as we progress._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintaining Project Records: 5 years (preferred)
- Procurement and Logistic: 5 years (preferred)
- Policies and Procedures Complianace: 3 years (preferred)
- Payroll Calculation: 5 years (preferred)
