**Purpose of the Role**:

- To perform intermediate installation and repairs on all SB Machines products. This includes scheduled preventive maintenance, device remedial maintenance and special projects/initiatives. This position requires the use of basic and intermediate hand tools for troubleshooting.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Perform corrective maintenance on machines belonging to customers; perform preventive maintenance on schedule.
- Ensure repair jobs are performed in a proper and timely manner (SLA).
- Escalate issue regarding repair jobs to the immediate superior.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair CDM at field if required.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and to ensure the client's needs are met in a professional manner.
- Facilitate Call Desk with a complete update after completing a service call in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support at site or via online communication tools.
- Conducting site/machine inspections.
- Support initiatives/projects from the customers and company’s Management whenever required.

**Formal Education**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or in any field related to the above role.

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of working experience as Service Technician those with banking/retail experience will be an added advantage.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to present solution in written and oral reports
- Possess analytic skills and good attention to details
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Pleasant/positive attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
