**Job Title: GenAI Developer - Contract Position**

**Location**: Malaysia

**Type**: Contract (6 to 12 months, with potential for extension)

**Company Overview**: A leader in the insurance sector, renowned for its innovative approach in integrating GenAI technologies to revolutionize the industry. The commitment is to deliver technologically advanced and user-centered solutions, addressing the diverse needs of customers across Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize the performance and user engagement of LLMs.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in GenAI, LLMs, cognitive science, and psychology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in GenAI development, particularly with LLMs.
- Familiarity with cognitive science or psychology in decision-making and emotional response contexts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Previous experience working on the design of LLMs, LangChain, and open-source solutions such as Falcon and Llama.
- Demonstrated ability in developing innovative AI solutions and contributing to open-source projects.

**Contract Details**:

- 6 to 12-month contract with potential for extension.
