Job Responsibilities: Responsible to handle full set account and financial-related matters. Responsible to perform financial analysis. Responsible to prepare and budgeting tax assumptions for the year assessment. Responsible to monitor and review account receivable and ensure the collection receive within the terms. Responsible to check all of the suppliers' invoices and prepare payments. Responsible to do budget cash flow. Responsible to manage company cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operation. Daily check bank balance and ensure all the transaction is properly taken into account. Responsible to prepare bank reconciliation. Responsible to manage yearly audits. Responsible to liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers including of settle of bank/loan issues. Manage to help minimize company expenses. Responsible to prepare accuracy management report to top management and other ad-hoc reports required by top management.
