**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and services for a new project.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal value.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier information, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the Director of Procurement to develop and execute procurement strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in managing procurement documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement department as required

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
