KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Supervisor to ensure the production line meet the daily production plan with focus on quality Supervisor must process GMP knowledge, Good Documentation Practice and technical skills that will be utilize in the production lines. Supervisor to ensure all the operators, machine specialists and group leaders under the supervisor's supervision are well trained and qualified to operate all equipment in the dispensing line. Supervisor to ensure all the subordinates adhere to high level of discipline with production area. GENERAL JOB PURPOSE: Supervisor purpose is to supervise a group of operators, machine specialists and group leaders to operate the dispensing equipment and system used including : Ensure all equipment, tools and facilities are in good condtition for use Ensure all subordinates understand and complete realted On Job Training (OJT) and SOP to qualify job knowledge/skills Ensure subordinates using the correct lot number of raw materials for dispensing of the respective product Ensure all equipment are qualified calibrated and verified to be used in dispensing To be aware and conform the existing safety features for equipment and tools Observe, inspect, identify and eliminates errors during operation Able to solve equipment ad-hoc issues.
