**Job description**
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, delivery, and service capabilities. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase material or services from potential suppliers (local & overseas) via e commerce portal.
- Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Verify specifications, quantities, and deliverables within stipulated time frame
- Liaising with the respective department to determine their needs on specific product or service and ensure sourcing being carried out within a specific time frame;
- Monitoring stock levels, tracking product movement, assist in stock planning.
- Reordering items as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a full record and coordinate with various suppliers and compare costs for purchasing requisition.
- Responsible to ensuring all purchasing activities are compliance with company policy and procedures requirement.
- To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.
- Act as interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
- Consistently update and review purchasing, sales, costing, retail pricing, and sales promotion data in reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Carrying out any other duties delegated by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated to learn.
- Working experience in hotel environment will be preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
