Customer Engagement Specialist-frontdesk

**Responsibilities**:
- Meet and greet customers
- Assigning customers to available executives
- Attending to telephone calls & inquiries
- Monitor selected activities e.g test drive and demo car movement
- Updating database
- Preparation of reports and related documents
- Assist in CSI and CRM activities
- Assist in administrative duties
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines
- Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) ie from retail or hotel industries preferred. **Fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.**:
- Pleasant outlook & personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conversation English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
