**Responsibilities**:
As a CNC Programmer (Mastercam), you will:

- Prepare **toolpaths and G-code** for CNC machines using Mastercam software.
- Set up CNC milling or lathe machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Interpret and work with technical drawings from AutoCAD or draftsmen.
- Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy, precision, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the Production and QC teams.
- Ensure compliance with company **safety SOPs** and operational standards.

**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or CNC Programming.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in **Mastercam** programming for CNC machines (milling or lathe).
- Strong knowledge of **G-code, M-code, and CNC machine settings**.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and verify measurements.
- Prior experience in a CNC factory or workshop is an advantage.
- A reliable team player with attention to detail and safety.

**Working Hours**
- **Monday - Friday**: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- **5-day work week**:

- **Overtime**: Based on operational requirements

**Salary & Benefits**

**Pay**: RM 2,600 - RM 3,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
