Support production team for interpretation and methods following set standards.
- Participate in daily meeting to help consistency in teamwork regarding product quality issue.
- Interpret and support quality policies with implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents.
- Guide organization personnel through new practices and certifications.
- Supervise and review corrective solutions and prevent action claims.
- Coordinates activities engaged in inspection of incoming materials, in process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customers specification.
- Repeats inspection procedure until products meet quality standards and specification are attained.
- Supervise product testing to ensure procedure accuracy.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance programs to meet production standards and customer requirement.
- To update and report MBU 1 after every end shifts

**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- Fresh male/female graduate with at least SPM or equivalent or higher.
- SPM male/female graduate with a minimum 3 years of working experiences in food manufacturing environment with good knowledge in HACCP, GMP and production QMS.
- Good interpersonal skill and hardworking.
- Fast learner.
- Computer literacy - MS Office.
- Good reading and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve production and product quality problems with mínimal supervision.
- A dynamic team leader with competency to lead, train, motivate and monitor production staff to practice standard operation methods to production QMS requirements.
- Must be able to work on shift or abnormal working hours on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
