Tour Operation

We are Travel Agency company named Mood Travel. As a Tour Operation, you will be responsible for booking and coordinating travel packages to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities.
- To help with the coordination and management of flight reservations
- To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed.
- To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures.
- To participate in all field work, including Airport duties.
- To ensure budget management and negotiate costs for tour services.
- Recording orders for all related tour services.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: A degree in **Tourism Management**, **Hospitality**, or related fields is preferred. Diplomas or certifications in travel planning can also be helpful.
- **Experience**: Work experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is valuable.

**Skills**:

- Excellent research and problem-solving skills to find the best travel solutions
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers
- A passion for the travel industry
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the development of new offerings

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
