About the Role

Mood Travel is seeking a Sales Assistant who is passionate about travel, customer service, and helping clients plan memorable trips. In this role, you will handle sales inquiries, assist with bookings, and ensure clients receive the best support throughout their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from clients.
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, tours, hotels, and travel packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth arrangement of travel services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 1 year of sales experience (required).
