Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling travel-related products and services such as tour packages, flights, accommodations, and travel insurance. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing travel advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services.
  • Identify and target potential customers through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide destination information, and recommend suitable travel options.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain records of sales transactions and customer communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and friendly personality.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, ticketing systems, and tour operations.
  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
