About the Role

Mood Travel is looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about travel, customer service, and helping clients plan their trips. You will manage sales inquiries, handle bookings, and provide excellent support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from clients
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, tours, and packages
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of travel arrangements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
