Assist in all warehouse activities and oversee staff to maximize productivity in daily operations.
- Verify that finished goods prepared for delivery align with the Delivery Order (D/O) in terms of quantity and code before loading onto trucks or containers.
- Supervise, train, and provide direct assistance in all aspects of warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, and picking processes.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to truck movement for the loading of finished goods, focusing on timely express deliveries.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of all warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs when necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Production) regarding customer sample arrangements, loading-related quality issues, and other warehouse-related matters.
- Help enforce consistent adherence to company procedures, policies, and best practices to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in controlling and maintaining First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock methodology for finished goods to reduce waste and ensure product quality.
- Uphold 5S housekeeping standards to maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 procedures and standards to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Complete any additional assignments and tasks as required by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
