**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all preparations which are necessary for the smooth conduct of an examination. This will include, among other tasks, exam ination registration process, preparation of exam ination materials, schedules and venues
- Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to examinations and students’ results in an effective and proficient manner
- Print and release students’ transcripts and certificates accurately and promptly
- Safekeeping and maintain ing proper records of all exam ination related documents, which include question papers, answer scripts and students’ results

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with at least two (2) years of administrative work experience, preferably in handling examination related matters. Alternatively, Diploma qualification or its equivalent, with minimum five (5) years of work experience, preferably in handling examination related matters
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based work environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess a good command of written and spoken English
- Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Good planning and coordinating skills
- Ability to perform consistently under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Meticulous and detailed
- Pro-active and results oriented with a drive to succeed and achieve goals
