**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Interaction**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families upon arrival.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, and facilities.
- Assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
- **Complaint Management**:
- Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager or relevant departments.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with medical and non-medical staff to ensure patient needs are met.
- Maintain open communication between patients and hospital departments.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare reports on patient feedback and service metrics for management review.
- **Customer Experience**:
- Promote hospital services and facilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Educate patients about hospital policies, health packages, and support programs.
- **Crisis and Emergency Response**:
- Assist in managing patient flow during emergencies.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and families during stressful situations.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
