**ACCOUNTABILITY**

Ensure the smooth running of the Accounting & Costing Section, assist in establishment of internal accounting policies and standards, ensure compliance with established standards and generation of financial reports.

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Accounts closing and closing schedules on fixed assets.
- Provide analysis of Accounting and financial Reports on Fixed Assets eg. Outlook, FA Cash Flow & Update Daptiv.
- Ensure accounts are prepared according to Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all investment are accounted for in the accounting records.
- Ensure all assets and liabilities are taken up in the Financial Accounts.
- Preparation of budgets and budgetary control on Fixed Assets.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and budgetary control on Account Payable.
- Ensure payment and receipt are accounted for in the accounting records.

- Assist corp tax mainly on FA clarification.
- Assist in handling semester and year end internal audit.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Posses professional Accounting qualifications or recognized Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 5 years accounting related working experience.
