**F.R. COOPER CAFE** located at TTDI, KL. The concept is a modern Cafe that provides cakes, desserts and Coffee. We have been established since 2017 and we are looking for Assistant Baker.

**The requirement as below: -**
- Experience in the bakery industry for 1 to 2 years.
- Passionate about baking & wants to grow together with the company.
- Possess independent cake making skills & knowledge of current consumer trends.
- possess strong self-discipline, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details especially for cake designs using natural ingredients will be an added advantage.

**Responsibility**
- Prepare of all pastry dishes and baked goods
- Adhere to set recipes and taste test for quality assurance
- Provide exquisite presentation and plating techniques
- Ensure all pastries are uniform and up to standard
- Demonstrate proficiency in creation of signature desserts and pastries
- Collaborate with head chef to create exciting new desserts that compliment our menu
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and food preparation laws Pastry Chef Requirements
- Compliance company standard operation procedure, ensure equipment is clean before and during use, products meet quality and food safety standards and Halal.
- Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.

**Benefit**

Working Hours : 5 Days (9 Hours)

Rest Days : 2 Days Per Week

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
