**Key Responsibilities**
**Field Service Lightning (FSL)**
- Configure and customize FSL to support scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, and service optimization.
- Implement service territories, work rules, service appointments, and dispatcher consoles.
- Collaborate with field teams to gather feedback and enhance FSL usability.

**Salesforce Integrations**
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and platform events.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.

**Apex Flows & Development**
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Build and optimize Flow automations (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows).
- Ensure Apex code and Flows follow best practices and are scalable and maintainable.

**Support & Maintenance**
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with business users and support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and support.
- Proven experience with Field Service Lightning configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II or FSL Consultant is a plus).

Preferred Skills
- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM5,265.94 - RM13,924.96 per month
