1. Maintain and upkeep electrical test jigs, assembly fixtures, printing artwork and testers in good functioning condition at all time prior to production. 2. Keep tracks the receiving and release of Electrical Testing jig, stencil, printing artwork and assembly fixture records. 3. Set-up and verify new electrical test jigs. 4. Monitor electrical test, printing and assembly yield and recommend corrective action to improve yield and jigs performance. 5. Assists Manufacturing Group Leader in yield improvement activities. 6. Train production personnel on the proper operation of electrical testing and conduct process audit on proper electrical testing procedures. 7. Maintain stocks and upkeep of test probes, wires connectors, etc. and any items essential to electrical testing, printing and assembly. 8. Perform calibration of process equipment and solder iron. 9. Perform profile checking of process equipment such as oven and re-flow machine.
