Job Title:Boutique Assistant Cum Live Host (TikTok)

**Job Type**:Full-Time/Contract

Job Overview:
The Boutique Assistant & Live Host is a dynamic role responsible for both assisting with daily boutique operations and hosting live TikTok sales events. Will work closely with the boutique team to manage inventory, customer service, and product displays, while also bringing their energy and enthusiasm to live streaming sessions to showcase and sell our abaya collection.

1. **Boutique Operations Support**:

- Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock organization, inventory management, and ensuring the store is well-presented.
- Handle customer inquiries both in-person and via social media or other online channels.
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- **Live TikTok Hosting**:

- Host engaging live TikTok sessions to showcase and sell abayas, creating an exciting and interactive shopping experience for viewers.
- Demonstrate products, highlight key features, and answer questions in real time.
- Create a sense of urgency and excitement through promotions, special deals, or limited-time offers during live sessions.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build relationships with online and in-store customers, offering personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, queries, and concerns during live sessions.
- Encourage viewers to share live streams, follow the boutique’s social media accounts, and engage with the content.
- **Sales & Promotions**:

- Drive sales by creating an engaging live shopping experience and encouraging viewers to make purchases in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live streams with promotional campaigns or new product launches.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the boutique’s product range, with a focus on abayas.
- Ensure that all products are presented in the best possible light, both in-store and during live streams.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for fashion, social media, and engaging with customers.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with an audience live.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic understanding of TikTok and social media platforms is a plus, but not required.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with social media, especially TikTok.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa melayu (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
