**Job Type**:Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Overview:
The Boutique Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the boutique's visual and organizational standards, and assisting with sales. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, offering personalized fashion advice, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

- Greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing styling advice, and making purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Sales:

- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

Store Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment.
- Ensure all products are displayed properly and restock items when necessary.
- Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and refunds.

Inventory Management:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and pricing inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure a smooth flow of information between the boutique team and management.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, special events, and private shopping experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
