**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Livestream Operation Executive in managing day to day livestream activities.
- Work closely with Live Hosts during sessions and engage with the audience to create an interactive and positive experience.
- Update, track, and organize livestream data, including performance metrics and audience engagement.
- Monitor livestream sessions and provide feedback reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Record and follow up on livestream issues and fan needs to continuously improve engagement and performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between livestream sessions and daily store activities to align with overall strategies.
- Operate livestream equipment (cameras, lighting, and screens) and be familiar with OBS or similar software.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in livestream operations, E-Commerce, or related roles.
- Familiar with OBS or similar livestreaming software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
