Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage Live Host schedules to ensure smooth and timely livestream sessions
  • Prepare livestream scripts and conduct product briefings to boost host confidence and clarity during sessions
  • Conduct basic training for Live Hosts on presentation, communication, and on-camera presence
  • Arrange product listings and make price adjustments before and during livestreams based on guidance from the Livestream Manager
  • Ensure smooth execution of livestream sessions with engaging audience interaction and minimal interruptions
  • Set up and operate livestream equipment such as cameras, lighting, and screens; knowledge of OBS or similar systems is required
  • Monitor livestream performance and compile reports with insights and improvement suggestions
  • Assist the Livestream Manager with daily operations and support any ad hoc tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in livestream operations or related roles
  • Experience in E-Commerce or TikTok Live operations is a strong advantage
  • Familiar with OBS or similar livestreaming software and basic livestream setup
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to liaise with teams from other countries
  • Well-versed in TikTok Live rules, content guidelines, and platform functions
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
