E-commerce Operations Specialist 电商运营专员

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with backend operations of platforms such as XiaoHongShu, SHOPEE, LAZADA, and TIKTOK.
- Able to analyze data and conduct market research to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Chinese or Cantonese, with strong copywriting skills to create engaging content.
- Responsible for managing and operating social media accounts to increase brand exposure and community engagement.
- Experienced in Meta, Google, and Instagram platforms, capable of precise ad placement and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing, with proven success in managing platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, SHOPEE, LAZADA, or TIKTOK.
- MUST be fluent in Chinese or Cantonese, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in data analysis and experienced with social media management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and Instagram ads, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills to create engaging content for social media and ads.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing teams from Hong Kong and China.

- 熟悉小红书、SHOPEE、LAZADA、TIKTOK等平台的后台运营工作。
- 能够利用数据进行分析和市场调研，制定有效的营销策略。
- 精通中文或粤语，能够撰写具有吸引力的文案。
- 负责管理和运营社交媒体平台账号，提升品牌曝光和社群互动。
- 熟悉Meta、Google、Instagram等平台，能够精准操作和优化广告投放。

**资格要求：**
- 持有市场营销、商业、电子商务或相关领域的证书（优先考虑）。
- 具备电子商务运营或数字营销的工作经验，并且在管理小红书、SHOPEE、LAZADA 或 TIKTOK平台方面有成功的经验。
- 必须流利使用中文或粤语，具备良好的口语及书面能力。
- 精通数据分析，并且具有社交媒体管理工具的使用经验。
- 拥有Meta、Google 和 Instagram广告的实操经验，包括广告创建、目标设定及优化。
- 具备撰写吸引人的社交媒体和广告内容的强大文案能力。
- 能够进行数据分析、生成报告，并基于数据做出决策。
- 注重细节，并能够同时管理多个项目。
- 能够与跨职能团队合作，包括来自香港和中国的设计及营销团队。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
