**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly O&M Report
- Schedule and support cross functional milestone meeting/collaboration followed documented processes.
- Monitor the performance of solar PV systems and identify areas for optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, performance data, and system downtime.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs with internal/external stakeholders.
- To assist and give advice in warranty facilitation, materials, services and support resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Document Control and Support
- Coordinate the handover of files and documents from Project to O&M.
- Assist the O&M team with updating the O&M dashboard and trackers.
- Other tasks as may be assigned by superior.

**Academic Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP system.

**Experiences**:

- At least 1-3 years of experience in solar asset or facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems, including components, electrical systems, and monitoring equipment.
- Technical understanding regarding AC and DC supply and NEM & Self-consumption system.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and data analysis techniques for Solar PV systems.
- Ability to define issues, analyse problems, evaluate remedial actions and able develop logical conclusions.
- Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision and have strong teamwork spirit.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software tools for performance monitoring and reporting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
