The Architectural / Structural BIM Modeller is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining 3D BIM models for architectural and structural elements of projects. The role supports the design and construction teams by ensuring models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards. The modeller will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and BIM coordinators to deliver high-quality digital models and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering**, or a related discipline.
- **2-5 years of relevant experience** in architectural or structural BIM modelling.
- Proficiency in **Revit Architecture / Revit Structure**, **AutoCAD**, and familiarity with **Navisworks** for coordination.
- Understanding of architectural and structural drawings, codes, and construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
- Commitment to accuracy, discipline, and professionalism.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
