**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping
- Manage office supplies, documents, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases
- Support the team with general clerical duties and coordination
- Assist in content creation for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Coordinate and monitor social media activity and engagement
- Make marketing and follow-up calls to potential leads and clients
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Help track campaign performance and compile reports
- Liaise with vendors, partners, or media agencies where necessary

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior admin or marketing experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and making outbound marketing calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
